  • All subscription payments are non-refundable. No partial refunds or credits for unused periods.
  • You may cancel future billing at any time through your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

5. Commissions (Custom Content)

  • One-time, non-refundable fee required before work begins.
  • You must describe your request in detail; we reserve the right to refuse any commission that violates these ToS (e.g., illegal, non-consensual themes, prohibited characters).
  • After payment, we will generate and deliver the AI content within [3 business days].
  • No refunds for any reason, including if you are unsatisfied with the creative output, unless we fail to deliver at all.
  • We retain the right to use non-identifying portions of generated works for portfolio/promotion unless you pay an additional exclusivity fee.

6. Prohibited Content (Commissions & General Use)

You may not request or upload:

  • Content involving real minors or characters that appear to be underage (all anime characters depicted are 18+).
  • Real people (including celebrities, politicians, or private individuals) without consent – which we never accept.
  • Bestiality, extreme violence, or content illegal under US/EU/your local law.
  • Depictions of real-world criminal acts.

Violation will result in immediate ban, forfeiture of all payments, and possible legal reporting.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All AI-generated images and videos on the Site are owned by the Site operator (or licensed to the operator).
  • Subscribers receive a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to view content for personal use only. You may not redistribute, copy, sell, or upload our content elsewhere.
  • For commissions: You receive a personal use license to the generated content; we retain copyright unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.

8. AI Disclaimer

AI generation may produce unexpected results. We do not guarantee that commissioned content will perfectly match your mental image, only that it will follow your written description in good faith. No refunds due to style or output variations.

9. No Real Person Depictions

All characters generated by AI are purely fictional.

10. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your login credentials and all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of unauthorized use.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, without refund, if you violate these ToS (e.g., sharing content, underage requests, payment fraud).

12. Refund Policy (Clarification)

No refunds are offered for subscriptions, renewals, or commission fees, except where required by law (e.g., EU statutory withdrawal rights may apply – check local law). By using the Site, you explicitly waive refund rights where permitted.

13. Disclaimers

  • The Site is provided “AS IS.” We do not warrant that content will be uninterrupted or error-free.
  • We are not liable for any damages arising from use of AI-generated content, including alleged emotional distress.
